Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 9, 2026

Welcome to Clipping Partner India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our photo editing and image post-production services.

By accessing our website, requesting a free trial, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Clipping Partner India provides professional image editing and post-production services for businesses, photographers, eCommerce sellers, advertising agencies, retailers, manufacturers, and other clients.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

The exact scope of work, price, turnaround time, and delivery requirements may vary depending on the complexity of each project.

2. Free Trial

We may provide a free trial or sample editing service to help potential clients evaluate our quality and workflow.

Free trials are subject to the following conditions:

  • Trial images must be provided by the client.

  • The sample will be edited according to the instructions provided by the client.

  • A free trial does not guarantee that the client must place an order.

  • We may limit the number of free trial images or the scope of free trial work.

  • Trial files should not be used as a substitute for a paid bulk order.

  • Any special requirements should be communicated before the trial begins.

We reserve the right to decline free-trial requests that appear excessive, abusive, or unrelated to a genuine business requirement.

3. Client Account and Information

Clients may be required to provide accurate contact and billing information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You should also take reasonable steps to protect access to your account, file-transfer system, and other information used to communicate with us.

We may request reasonable business or order-related information when necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud, or protect our services and clients.

We will not ask you to send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through ordinary communication channels.

4. Ordering and File Submission

Before processing an order, the client should provide:

  • Original images or source files

  • Required editing instructions

  • Desired output format

  • Required dimensions or resolution

  • Background requirements

  • Shadow or retouching requirements

  • Any platform-specific image specifications

  • Required delivery deadline, where applicable

The client is responsible for providing clear instructions and suitable source files.

If instructions are incomplete or contradictory, we may request clarification before beginning the work. If clarification is not received within a reasonable period, the delivery schedule may be affected.

5. Service Requirements and Scope

Our quotation or project confirmation will normally define the agreed scope of work.

Additional editing requirements that are outside the original scope may result in:

  • Additional charges

  • Additional turnaround time

  • A revised quotation

We will communicate significant changes to the scope before performing substantial additional work whenever reasonably possible.

6. Pricing and Quotes

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Image quantity

  • Image complexity

  • Editing requirements

  • Required turnaround time

  • File format and output specifications

  • Special processing requirements

  • Urgent or priority delivery

A quotation provided by Clipping Partner India applies to the specific project or requirements described at the time of quotation.

If the client’s requirements change after approval, we may revise the quotation accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated, third-party payment processing or currency-conversion charges may be the responsibility of the client.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated before or during order confirmation.

Depending on the project, we may require:

  • Full payment in advance

  • A deposit before production

  • Payment after completion

  • Credit terms for approved recurring clients

Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.

For recurring or high-volume clients, specific payment terms may be agreed separately in writing.

8. Turnaround Time

We provide estimated turnaround times based on the project scope, image quantity, complexity, and current production capacity.

Turnaround time begins after we have received:

  1. The required source files;

  2. Clear editing instructions; and

  3. Any required payment or approval.

Delivery times may be affected by incomplete instructions, delayed client feedback, technical problems, unusually large orders, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Urgent or same-day delivery may be available for selected projects and should be confirmed before ordering.

9. Sample Approval

For projects requiring a specific editing style or complex instructions, we may provide sample images for client approval before processing the complete order.

Once the client approves a sample, subsequent images may be processed according to the approved style and instructions.

Clients should carefully review approved samples and communicate any required changes before bulk production begins.

10. Quality Control

We maintain an internal quality-control process for completed image editing work.

Depending on the project, our quality checks may include:

  • Edge and clipping-path accuracy

  • Background consistency

  • Color accuracy

  • Image dimensions

  • Shadow appearance

  • Retouching quality

  • File format

  • Naming and delivery requirements

We aim to deliver consistent, professional results according to the agreed specifications.

11. Revision Policy

We provide revisions when delivered work does not reasonably match the agreed instructions, approved sample, or project specifications.

Revision requests should clearly identify the required changes.

Revisions do not normally include completely new creative instructions or additional work that was not included in the original order.

To avoid unnecessary delays, clients should provide consolidated revision instructions whenever possible.

12. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing images they have the legal right to use.

  • Providing accurate editing instructions.

  • Providing appropriate source files.

  • Reviewing samples and completed work.

  • Providing timely feedback.

  • Making payments according to the agreed terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete files, unclear instructions, delayed feedback, or client-side technical issues.

13. Copyright and Ownership of Client Images

The client retains ownership of images and other materials supplied to Clipping Partner India unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting files to us, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to provide those files for editing.

The client grants Clipping Partner India a limited permission to access, process, modify, store, and transfer the submitted files solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We do not claim ownership of the client’s original images.

14. Confidentiality

We understand that clients may provide commercially sensitive images, product photographs, unpublished campaigns, catalog images, or other confidential materials.

We will use client files only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, unless:

  • The client gives us permission for another purpose;

  • Disclosure is required by applicable law; or

  • Disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or comply with a lawful request.

Clients may request additional confidentiality or non-disclosure arrangements for qualifying projects.

15. Portfolio and Promotional Use

We will not automatically assume that every client image may be publicly displayed.

Where portfolio or promotional use is permitted, we may display selected completed work to demonstrate our services.

If a client requires strict confidentiality or does not want their images used for portfolio or promotional purposes, the client should inform us before submitting the project or request removal where reasonably possible.

For sensitive commercial projects, clients are encouraged to communicate their confidentiality requirements clearly in advance.

16. File Storage and Deletion

We may temporarily store client files during the production and delivery process.

Unless a different retention period has been agreed, files may be deleted after completion of the project and a reasonable period for delivery or revision requests.

Clients should maintain their own backup copies of original files and completed work.

We are not responsible for permanently storing files after the agreed project has been completed.

17. Prohibited Content

Clients must not submit content that is unlawful or that violates applicable intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may refuse or discontinue work involving content that we reasonably believe is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse projects that create unreasonable legal, technical, ethical, or security risks.

18. Refund Policy

Because photo editing is a customized service performed according to individual client instructions, refunds are evaluated based on the circumstances of each project.

Before requesting a refund, clients should first contact us regarding the issue and provide details of the problem.

Where appropriate, we may attempt to resolve the issue through:

  1. Correction or revision;

  2. Re-editing of affected images;

  3. Replacement of defective work; or

  4. A partial or full refund where justified.

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the client identifies a material problem.

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Work that has been correctly completed according to the approved instructions;

  • Changes of mind after completion;

  • Additional requirements not included in the original order;

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or feedback;

  • Files that the client has already approved.

Any refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

19. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before production begins.

If work has already started, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the amount of work completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.

For recurring projects or ongoing service arrangements, cancellation terms may be agreed separately.

20. Delivery and Download

Completed files may be delivered through email, cloud storage, FTP, client portals, or another agreed file-transfer method.

The client is responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files within a reasonable period.

We are not responsible for loss of files after successful delivery where the client has failed to maintain a backup.

21. Technical Requirements

Clients should communicate any specific requirements related to:

  • File format

  • Resolution

  • Pixel dimensions

  • Color profile

  • Background color

  • Image naming

  • Compression

  • Platform requirements

If no specific output requirements are provided, we may use standard professional settings appropriate for the agreed service.

22. Third-Party Platforms

Clients may use our edited images on eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, websites, advertisements, catalogs, social media, or other commercial channels.

However, the client is responsible for ensuring that their final content complies with the rules and requirements of the platform where it will be published.

Clipping Partner India does not guarantee acceptance by a particular marketplace or advertising platform unless such compliance has been specifically agreed as part of the service.

23. Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services according to the agreed specifications.

However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, sales, business opportunities, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Where legally permitted, our liability relating to a particular service will be limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters

  • Major internet or infrastructure failures

  • Power outages

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Government restrictions

  • War or civil unrest

  • Widespread technical failures

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practical.
